What counts as a processed invoice?

One invoice document that InletAP extracted fields from. Billing is per document, not per email — a single email carrying three invoices counts as three, and an email with no extractable invoice counts as none. The count is metered against your monthly allowance and shown in the app.

What happens if I go over my allowance?

On a paid plan, extra invoices are charged at the plan's overage rate — $0.35 on Starter, $0.25 on Growth, $0.18 on Pro — and processing continues. On the free plan there is no overage: it is a hard cap, so nothing is charged and additional invoices are held rather than processed until the next period or an upgrade.

Are held invoices lost?

No. Documents held back because the allowance is spent stay held — nothing expires or is discarded. They are listed in the app and are processed once you upgrade or the billing period rolls over.

Is there a free trial of the paid plans?

Accepted Answer

There is something better: a free plan you never have to stop using. 25 invoices a month, unlimited users, your own intake address, QuickBooks Online sync and CSV export, with no credit card and no expiry. A 14-day trial ends before your next month-end close; this one does not. It is enough to run a small portfolio, and it is enough to prove the extraction works on your actual vendors before you pay anything.

How many people can I add, and what does a user cost?

Add everybody, on every plan including the free one. Users are free: unlimited users, unlimited properties, unlimited vendors and unlimited entities, on every plan including the free one. We price per processed document instead, because the moment approvers cost money, companies stop inviting approvers — and the approval workflow is the part that actually removes the work. Invite the controller, every property manager, the owner and your outside bookkeeper; the bill does not move.

Do I pay extra to split an invoice across properties?

No. Split coding, the five allocation bases, saved templates and posting to more than one connected QuickBooks company are included on every plan, including the free one. There is no per-split charge and no per-company charge. Plans differ by how many invoices you process, not by how correctly you may code them. Nothing in the billing catalogue counts allocations or connected companies, so an invoice that fans out into three bills in three QuickBooks companies costs exactly the same as one that posts a single bill — it is still one processed invoice.

Do the duplicate and price checks cost extra?

No. The checks run on every plan, including the free one. There is no per-finding charge, no per-vendor charge and no analytics tier. Plans differ by how many invoices you process, not by whether those invoices are checked. Duplicate checks and the approval-threshold checks run from your first invoice; comparing prices needs about five invoices from a vendor for a property before it can compare anything, and the card says so rather than staying quiet.

Is there an implementation or onboarding fee?

No. There is no professional services engagement, no setup fee and no annual minimum. Signing up creates the workspace and issues your first intake mailbox in the same session. Pro and Enterprise include guided onboarding at no extra charge.

Question 9

Can I pay annually?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it saves 17% against monthly billing — two months free. Starter is $390 a year, Growth $990 and Pro $2,490. You can choose annual when you subscribe, or move between monthly and annual afterwards from billing settings in the app. Switching plan or billing interval is self-serve: the new plan starts immediately, and the difference is prorated onto your next invoice.

Do paid plans renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A monthly plan renews every month and an annual plan renews every twelve months, on the anniversary of the day you subscribed, at the then-current rate for your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from billing settings in the app — no phone call, no cancellation email and no notice period — and cancelling stops the next renewal while you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for. If we change the price of a plan we tell workspace administrators before the new price applies, so you can cancel first. The free plan takes no card and never renews into a charge.

Question 11

Is sales tax included in these prices?

Accepted Answer

No — the prices on this page are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Some US states tax software subscriptions and some do not, so the amount depends on the billing address you enter at checkout. Tax is calculated there and shown on the payment page and on every invoice before anything is charged.

Why do you publish prices when competitors don't?

Accepted Answer

Because most property management companies evaluating AP automation are a small finance team, not a procurement department, and a mandatory demo call before you can learn a number wastes everyone's time. If the math does not work for your invoice volume, we would both rather you found that out on this page.
